Refund Policy
Buchanan Education Service LLC self-study CPE courses are delivered electronically, and access is granted immediately upon purchase.
A full refund will be issued if a refund is requested within 30 days of purchase and a certificate of completion has not yet been issued for the course. Once a certificate of completion has been issued, the course is considered complete and is non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact us at training@bescpe.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Because self-study courses are on-demand and have no scheduled session, there is no attendance to cancel. A participant may discontinue a course at any time; see the Refund Policy above regarding eligibility for a refund.
In the unlikely event that Buchanan Education Service LLC withdraws or discontinues a course, any participant with an active enrollment will be permitted either to complete the course or to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Complaint Resolution Policy
Buchanan Education Service LLC is committed to providing continuing professional education programs of the highest quality. If you have a concern or complaint regarding a course, its content, delivery, this website, or our administrative policies, please contact us at training@bescpe.com.
We will acknowledge every complaint within 3 business days and work in good faith to resolve it promptly. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may also be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.
Record Retention Policy
Buchanan Education Service LLC retains records of program completion, program materials, evidence of participant engagement and assessment, program-evaluation results, and other documentation required by the Standards for a minimum of five (5) years from the date the CPE program is completed.
